Microsoft SkyDrive

SkyDrive and Microsoft Office allow multiple users to edit documents simultaneously.

Your friends are probably already online. Your files may be too. That's why sharing files with friends is so easy. With SkyDrive, no one needs any special programs, just a web browser. But of course, files are not shared by default. Files are only shared when you enable it.

Easier photo sharing
Instead of sending photos in attachments that exceed the size limits, you can send links to photo albums stored on SkyDrive. In Hotmail, you simply type a message, select the photos and you're done. Your friends receive beautiful slideshows without cluttering up their inboxes.

Links and blog publishing
Sometimes you only need to send a link to your files or photos - for example, you want to use it to update your social media status or publish it to a blog. In that case, you can just go to SkyDrive and get the link.

Collaborate on documents with other users
SkyDrive is the best tool for group collaboration on Excel spreadsheets and other Office files. All your favourite Office features are available online, and your group members don't even need to have Office installed on their computers. Plus, when you collaborate on a document stored online, you can be sure that everyone is working on the latest version. And your colleagues or classmates can even collaborate on the document in real time.
