DC++

Direct Conect (DC++) is an excellent tool for file sharing and downloading. It allows you to download movies, music, pictures and many other types of files. It includes many useful features such as finding an alternative source, setting file priorities, initiating downloads, setting the type of file you are looking for, etc.

DC++ works a bit differently than clients like Kazaa, eMule, etc., it is more complicated for the user to set up the client and in most cases you have to share something, but you will find many useful files (almost anything) on its hubs that you will spend a long time looking for or not find at all on other networks.
