MERKUR is a block oriented graphical programming tool working under Windows 95/98/NT. This RAD (rapid application development) product is designed for creating control applications with TECOREG controllers. The advantage of this environment is the way of programming - building a program from predefined blocks. There is quite a large range of blocks available, from logical operations to controller blocks. In this way, most applications can be solved quickly and conveniently, although predefined blocks are not always sufficient. For this purpose, Mercury has a component that allows the user to create custom blocks as needed.
