ObjectGears

ObjectGears is a platform for creating applications. This system is designed for anyone who needs to efficiently manage data, including its relationships. The system includes a web client and a database where it stores data.

The platform itself intentionally does not contain any business logic or solution features. It uses an object-oriented approach and offers such general features as efficient creation of objects and their relations, broad application localization capabilities, notifications, a number of security mechanisms, workflow or scripting. This approach allows maximum flexibility for the designer/implementer in the creation of the solution as it is not constrained by any intention of the platform creator. Compared to other development frameworks and platforms, it goes much closer to the business user/architect/analyst.

Solutions in ObjectGears can be developed by a user who is familiar with the problem they need to solve, understands the relationships between the entities they need to work with, knows what properties those entities have and what roles they will play in the process. At the same time, this user does not need programming knowledge to develop the application, but can create it in the ObjectGears user interface by "clicking".

Specific things can be solved by scripting, which is a several times more efficient option compared to traditional application programming, both in terms of time and programming knowledge required. ObjectGears also presents an opportunity to consolidate data that is now scattered among company departments in the form of reports or MS Excel, MS Access or other programs
