MenuMaid

MenuMaid is a small but powerful program that helps you clean up the context menus in Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer. When you install a new program, it can add new items to your context menus. You may not always need or want to use these items. MenuMaid lets you easily remove these unwanted items from context menus.

Simply launch it and select the items you want to remove. MenuMaid will take care of the rest.
