MakeGIF

MakeGIF helps you create GIF files from the command line in batch mode from BMP, JPEG, JPG, GIF, ICO, PSD, PNG, TGA, PCX, WMF, EMF images.

• edit, remove and move any image in the image list
• define animation parameters of displacement, transparency, interlacing, removal method, use global or local palette for each frame
