KoolMoves

KoolMoves is web animation software that creates animations in Shockwave Flash format or as frames for animated gifs. It has complete drawing tools, but also supports importing vector clipart, bitmap images or audio in wav format. You can use KoolMoves to create navigation menus, splash pages, logos, text effects, transition effects, shadows and much more. Objects can be filled with a color gradient or bitmap, among other things.

Text can be assigned to stop, play, get URL functions. The program also includes a library of 137 items to use when creating your animations. All you need is an idea! The control of the program is very simple and intuitive, but still it can be classified as a professional tool.

The program already supports ActionScript commands from Flash version 5.
