MailList

If you ever needed to send mail to several people at the same time and didn't want the message to list the people you were sending mail to there were several options :

• create a separate message for each - too laborious
• put the list of people into a BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) - not reliable. You rely on the mail server to remove the list.
• use a program to create the individual messages for you

What MailList can do:

• save created messages and load them as a project file
• create messages individually or via BCC (invisible copy) with a defined number of addresses
• send messages via any mail client that supports Simple MAPI or now directly via SMTP server
• attach attachments to messages (also by dragging and dropping files into the attachments window)
• create the message as plain text or in HTML format with preview and code highlighting when editing
• automatic filtering of addresses based on external lists, including online download of the list from the Internet
• simple perzonalization of messages - support for variables (variables are replaced by real values when sending)
• when inserting messages separated by semicolon (comma), the messages are processed and divided into lines in the address list
• the program contains many useful functions (removal of diacritics, address sorting)

Limitations of the free version:

• is intended for non-commercial use only
• the number of recipients of a message in HTML format is limited to 10
• Automatic blocking and unblocking of addresses from the list The program allows you to use an external list to block addresses to which messages will not be sent. This list can also be placed on the Internet. Blocking can be done manually or have it done automatically before creating messages.
