Legacy is a program that is able to shut down a computer with an older system. It mimics the shutdown of other legacy systems, mostly old mainframes. In other words, when you shut down a PC running Windows, your shutdown will look as if you are shutting down an old computer system. Which on the monitor looks like a terminal. This simulates shutting down systems like "The Machine" and Samaritan from the TV show "Person of Interest" and it can also shut down a computer like OpenVMS or Linux.
