The 602LAN SUITE protects your server and computer network with a firewall against attacks and unauthorized attempts to penetrate the Internet (only on Windows 2000/2003/XP). Efficient and secure use of electronic mail is ensured by the built-in antivirus system BitDefender? (Antivirus Edition only), which scans all incoming and outgoing e-mail. Unknown viruses and unnecessary files are removed by a dangerous attachment filter, while junk mail is blocked by intelligent antispam. Compared to similar systems, 602LAN SUITE also ensures the reception and sending of faxes.

602LAN SUITE also provides shared Internet access for the entire network with address translation. In addition, the administrator can restrict individual users' access to certain servers and thus significantly increase the efficiency of their Internet work.

Users can read their mail and faxes not only with any client program supporting SMTP/POP3 protocol (e.g. Outlook Express), but also with a web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) from anywhere on the Internet and via a mobile phone (WAP).

All administration and configuration of the 602LAN SUITE can also be easily carried out using a browser (e.g. via the Internet).
