KecCoder

KecCoder is a simple utility for converting file encoding, e.g. if you need to convert Windows 1250 format to UTF-8 for compatibility with newer programs, or vice versa. Use the "Add File" icon to insert a file or even all files in a given folder, set the encoding and start the conversion. The Java Runtime is required for the program to run. You need to unpack the program and run it with the file run.bat.
