The calculator is designed for mobile devices with Android operating system.
It allows you to calculate the BMI Body Mass Index, according to which you can estimate how it is with our body weight, that is, whether we are overweight or even obese, or we are below the weight optimum.
Instructions for use:
In the Height in cm: enter your height, the calculator is preset to 180 cm.
In the Weight field in kg: enter your weight, 75 kg is preset in the calculator.
Then select the Calculate button and confirm.
In the Results field, the BMI body mass index will appear, with a comment below whether your weight is optimal or not, and a graphical representation below the comment.
If the top line of the horizontal bar ends in the blue box, you are underweight.
If in green, you are in optimum.
If in red, you are overweight.
