JGZCL

This is a utility that, when run, reads the contents of a clipboard, replaces all lowercase letters with uppercase and all uppercase letters with lowercase, and puts the modified text back into the clipboard. In practice, it is useful to assign a keyboard shortcut to the utility in windows (create a shortcut to JGZCL.exe and set the keyboard shortcut in its properties). Then, if you accidentally type a piece of text with CapsLock enabled, you can select the text, paste it into the clipboard (e.g. Ctrl+c), press the selected keyboard shortcut and paste it again from the clipboard (e.g. Ctrl+v) to the original location.
