JetVoice

This program allows you to record a series of commands using your microphone and then just speak the command and JetVoice will execute it. The command can be, for example, starting a program, a shortcut key or opening a CD-ROM.

The only limitations of the shareware version are that you can only use it for non-commercial purposes, and that you must enter a new time code in the program the first time you run it and every time a week passes - this can be found on the product page.
