Icon Converter Plus

Icon Converter Plus includes a suite of features and tools for creating, converting, editing and modifying icons. It allows you to bulk convert images to icons or icons to images using many fitting effects. It can also take a screen capture (snapshot) of an image or application and save it as an image or icon.
