HTMLcoder

HTMLcoder is a free tool for creating simple web pages. With HTMLcoder you can create a web page with basic text formatting, font color and background. You can also insert images in JPG format and create links to enlarged versions of them. HTMLcoder also allows you to create TXT files from arbitrarily formatted text and play audio files (MP3, WMA or MID) located in the same directory as the web page.
