Horloger

Horloger is a stylish desktop clock. You don't have to focus on the pipsqueak in the system tray, you don't even have to initialize the hidden system tray. Use the skin, transparency, and Always option at the top to tweak the Horloger clock to best suit your idea of time information. The RAR with the program includes versions for both 32-bit and 64-bit platforms. Unpack and install using the normal procedure. When installing the program, you can still select English, but in the program itself you have to select one of the more popular languages.
