Hooligans - Storm Over Europe

 

The goal is to become the most famous Hooligans group in Europe. You must kill, maim and destroy enemy Hooligans teams. You recruit and lead your loyal fighters by providing them with booze, drugs, whores and of course some violence here and there - preferably always and everywhere. They must be true full members of your faction, trusting and following you in all things. You will not only need strategy, but you will also need political skills in keeping your fighters happy and violent. Only the one who wins and captures the attention of the media can become the most famous group of Hooligans in Europe and the world!
