The board game Conquest of the Castle is a popular old club game. You can choose 3 levels of difficulty. Among other things, it is possible to turn off the weather in the menu or set a stronger element of chance for the computer game. The step count panel down the middle is for informational purposes only and has no effect on the game or winning.

Rules:
The object of the game is to capture your opponent's inner castle (i.e., seize your opponent's key).
Starting situation
At the start of the game, the knights are on top of their castle walls. The game's first move is yellow, from then on the players take turns regularly. A player on a turn is allowed to move his arbitrary knight one or more free squares orthogonally (i.e. like a rook in chess, not diagonally). Knights are allowed to move along the walls in the same way. If a player wants to ascend or descend the walls, he may move a knight only one square. A knight may not enter or cross the inner square of his own castle (i.e. the square with the key in the centre). If a Knight ends his turn on a square containing an opponent's Knight, he is removed from the board. Skipping knights (own or others) is not allowed.
