HomeGuard Pro

HomeGuard Pro is an easy-to-use tool for monitoring and controlling computer usage on home and office networks. HomeGuard logs web activity and also blocks all adult and inappropriate content on websites, in addition to a customizable block of websites. It enables lists and filtering based on file types (e.g., exe downloads or online flash games).
It also records detailed reports on program usage, including active usage time, run time, bandwidth, mouse clicks and keyboard shortcuts entered in each program, with the ability to block or time limit certain programs or games. Supports screen capture, periodically or based on specific activities, tracking and filtering via chat and email, printer and USB device monitoring and blocking, internet time limits, network connection tracking and filtering, email notifications and more.

HomeGuard runs in stealth mode by default it is completely hidden and undetectable, but can be set to display warnings to users when something is blocked.
