HipChat

HipChat is a tool for sharing files and documents as part of a team collaboration. You can create a chat room for special projects. There's the ability to customize the look of the app, privacy and security settings, secure guest access, screen sharing, drag-and-drop file sharing, and importantly, support for integration of JIRA, Bitbucket, GitHub, Asana, Google Hangouts, and Zendesk.
