Heroes of the Pacific

Heroes of the Pacific offers the chance to fight enemies in dramatic dogfights or take part in massive aerial battles with up to 150 aircraft in the air at once.

The game begins in 1941 with the Japanese offensive on Pearl Harbor and continues to evolve over the course of 26 story-related missions based on real historical events. As a result, players take part in a number of famous battles including the Battle of Midway, Guadalcanal, and Iwo Jima.

In addition, in a number of singleplayer missions, the player has the opportunity through a simple command system to coordinate the combat efforts of up to 32 wingmen, who in many cases will help decide the outcome of the battle, or save the player's life by shooting down an intrusive enemy in time. In addition to the singleplayer campaign, the game offers multiplayer in several modes for up to 8 players over the Internet or LAN or 2 players in splitscreen mode.
