Fx Icon Maker

32-bit version of the legendary Icon Maker. In the program, icons are drawn in a 32x32 grid. The tools available are: pencil, line, eraser, circle, fill, square text, and a color palette of a whopping 256 colors. You save your drawn icons to a file with the *.ico extension. and then just add the original icon using the "change icon" button.
