First and foremost, the 2010 edition will bring a new tactics editor and a tool for detailed analysis of your matches. To give you a better idea, you will of course be able to give tactical instructions to players during the match, as before, however you will generally get a wider range of all the options. In terms of analysis, after the match, but also during, you'll get the chance to look at where personal duels occurred, where and how often passes to attackers travelled.

Sports Interactive are also promising visual changes to the 3D matches, as well as rebalancing the AI. All of this is to make watching a match as close to reality as possible, but of course with concessions that must be taken for granted given the nature of the game.

Expect new enhancements, up-to-date stats, line-ups, tactics, improved press conferences and their effect on more than just player morale.
