Eyecare: an eye protection program

When working on the computer, our eyes often get tired. This can lead to pain, irritation and other problems. Eyecare is a free program that helps protect our eyes from overexertion.

Eyecare works by periodically reminding us to take a break. The program can be set for different intervals, such as 20 minutes of work and 5 minutes of break, or 1 hour of work and 15 minutes of break. Eyecare also allows you to view a black screen, which can help relax your eye muscles.
