For the program to work, you need to have the VB6 runtime libraries.

You specify a time for the computer to perform one of the following actions:

a) Log off user within Windows
b) Restart PC
c) and the most common PC shutdown

To shut down the computer, you need to have a power supply and an ATX-capable motherboard, otherwise you will only see that you can now shut down your computer without worry.For the program to work, you need to have the system time set in HH:MM format.
