EVNAR

EVNAR is an efficient application for non-accounting records of tools, protective equipment and auxiliary material. It allows you to track the status, movement (borrowing, return, transfer) and ongoing consumption of each recorded asset. The system is not tied to a specific type of organisation and can be tailored to your specific requirements.

EVNAR includes the following features:

• material cards (bulk and piecewise recorded material)
• stock cards - overview of the status of the dispensing room, receipts to the dispensing room, history of documents for a given material
• record of material storage in storage places
• long-term and short-term borrowing (with a deadline for return), dispensing for consumption, returns
• staff cards with an overview of loans and their status
• recording of disposal of material on return or from the dispensing room
• management of workers for drawdown from the dispensary
• administration of storage places in the dispensary
• management of organisational units
• management of units of measurement
• management of protective equipment and devices with revision (revision, expiry, lifetime)
• print reports: material list, stock status, stock card, documents, employee card

The new application also addresses the ease of working with protective equipment and equipment with revisions (expiration date, revision date, expiration date)
