Property Records - Application in MS Excel is designed for keeping operational records of assets and materials. It enables automatic generation of asset reports, inventory reports, etc. Assets can be classified into up to 20 types and incorporated into up to 30 locations. If further sorting of assets is required, up to 3 additional sorting keys (1 numeric and 2 alphanumeric) can be used. All reports can be automatically printed, exported to PDF (Excel 2007 and higher) and XLS format. Therefore, the outputs from the application can be used as one of the bases for tax record keeping or accounting.
