Vehicle registration cards, stamps and fuel purchase documents are used as input documents. The program works in monthly cycles. At the end of the monthly period, it provides an overview of the receipt and dispensing of petrol, the consumption of petrol per vehicle and by fuel type, a comparison of actual and standard consumption, including the response to summer and winter periods.
