EventLogViewer

EventLogViewer is a simple and portable utility that allows you to drill down into hardware and software events on a local or remote station.

EventLogViewer is a low-maintenance program designed to provide fine-grained information about all events that occur on a system. The tool includes both hardware and software events and works on both local and remote workstations. To access the remote section, click Select Computer and enter the required information.

Events are displayed with information that includes details about the type, date, source, job category, event ID, and user. When you click on any of them, another tab appears at the bottom where you can learn more information about the vendor name and GUID, version, level, opcode, creation time, record ID, execution process and thread ID, channel, and computer. Records can be saved and exported.
