EMCO MoveOnBoot is a tool for renaming, moving or deleting files and folders that cannot be deleted in the normal way due to use by another process or service of the operating system. EMCO MoveOnBoot integrates the standard Windows mechanism for managing locked resources, making it very easy to use, with a visual interface you can select from the locked resources to define the operations that should be performed.
