Editor souborů CSV

CSV File Editor is used to view and edit text files with comma separated values (CSV). It accepts semicolon and tab separated values (TSV) as separators. Individual values can be enclosed in quotation marks. If values are not enclosed in quotes, spaces before and after the separator are accepted as part of the values (in accordance with RFC 4180). This can be changed in the settings if necessary. The detection of the delimiter and enclosing the values in quotes is done automatically. If necessary, the automatic detection can be switched off, both for a specific document only using the commands in the main menu "View" and globally in the program settings. It is also possible to set the file encoding, either for a specific file or for all opened documents. The default encoding is CP 1250 (the common encoding used by the Windows® operating system in Central Europe). The other options are ISO 8859-2 (the encoding used by Unix and Linux operating systems in Central Europe, for example) and UTF-8 (currently already a standard in an effort to cover as many languages as possible).
