Very easy to use app to get the color of any point on the screen. It shows RGB, CMYK,HSV color values in decadic and hexadecimal, mouse coordinates on desktop and local coordinates within the window under the mouse, handle of the selected window, square area from around the current mouse position with the possibility of setting the magnification (using the trakbar).

Color/point selection can be "frozen" with the Ctrl+F12 keyboard shortcut and the color can be copied in the selected format - HTML,C++,VB or Delphi to the clipboard. Switch the program to the selection function by using the Ctrl+F12 keyboard shortcut again or by checking the "Active" option.

For the program to work properly, the True Color color depth setting is required. The program is distributed as freeware, comments, ideas, collaborations can be posted in the discussion below the program.
