Molecule Constructor

Molecule Constructor is a program for creating spatial models of molecules with an interactive user interface. It allows you to quickly and effortlessly build a spatial model of any molecule. The user's work is facilitated by the automatic completion of distances between certain types of atoms and also by commands for working with blocks. What could be achieved in a conventional CAD system, which is not specialized for drawing 3D models of molecules, only by complex calculations of the position of individual atoms, can be done in this program with a few mouse clicks. In addition, Molecule Constructor has a user interface similar to that of professional graphics drawing programs. The program allows for various types of rotation, scrolling in space, as well as working with blocks and copying models to the Windows clipboard.

The program is packaged in a self-extracting executable installation file. In addition to the program itself, the installation also includes example molecules of some organic compounds. Both the setup and the actual program run on Windows 3.0 or higher (64-bit Windows is not supported).
