DriveLock

 

DriveLock eliminates most of the dangers associated with the misuse of portable recording devices. DriveLock runs as a background task and is activated when the portable recording device is connected. Access to this device, such as a USB memory stick, is then disabled depending on the DriveLock configuration.
Management of the organization can then specify the users or groups that can use the portable devices. It is possible to define a list of allowed devices and thus allow access only to approved devices. Dynamically locks any device: Bluetooth, USB, FireWire, serial ports (COM), WiFi, Palm, Windows-CE, Smart phones, card readers, imaging devices, network adapters, modems, hard drives, CD-ROMs, floppy disks, etc.
