Dripcap

Dripcap is a tool that records and analyzes network traffic and other details using a packet sniffer based on the Electron framework. To guarantee proper operation of the program, a prior installation of software called WinPcap is required to help with network packet capture. The main application window consists of two parts. The first allows you to list all the IP addresses recorded, the other is used to find out information about protocols such as Ethernet, IPv4 or TCP.
