Dragonframe

Dragonframe is software designed to create stop motion videos, i.e. frame-by-frame phase animations. It includes professional tools for precise movements, frame control, looping playback, timeline work, drawing, scene planning, etc. Allows you to import and edit audio tracks, apply animated lighting and further modify it, detect colors and tone ranges between frames. There is also support for 3D tools.
