The program saves the positions of icons on the desktop in the registry, so you won't be upset if Windows decides to mess them up. Functionality is provided by mapping the DesktopIcons.dll library to the explorer.exe process. The program runs in the system tray (by the clock), right-clicking over the icon will expand the menu.
