Cropper

Cropper is a simple and small tool for taking a picture of a selected part of the screen, just set the desired part you want to take a picture, or fine-tune the size of the picture and double-click on the selected part, then the file is created and saved in a folder you define, the type of the ending and the quality of the picture can be defined in the settings.
