CopyToy is Windows management software for your iPod, iPhone and iPad. With CopyToy, you can easily copy from iPod to PC, which iTunes does not allow.

Besides copying music from iPod to PC, you can even restore your entire music list on your computer based on your iPod. It's pretty simple, just select the playlists you want to copy and drag them into your iTunes library and CopyToy will do the rest.
