ColorUtility

ColorUtility is a small and simple program that allows you to create and mix colors. It is free and easy to work with.

To create a new color, just set the RGB component values (red, green and blue) using the sliders. The program will display the corresponding hexadecimal and decimal code of the mixed color.

ColorUtility also includes an integrated dropper that allows you to get a color from any part of the screen. Just click on the dropper and then on the screen from which you want to get the color.

The program also offers several filters that you can use to adjust the colors. Some of the filters include grayscale, negative, and sepia.
