Clonepad

Clonepad includes all the basic features for easy and fast file browsing and processing. The program can detect the encoding of the currently edited file and maintain it throughout the editing process. You can encode a document to one of the following types: ANSI, UTF-8, UTF-16 little endian, UTF-16 big endian. Additionally, you can set the encoding (new) file default to one of the above types. Note that the encoding will not change the file until you have saved the changes made to that file.
