This game perhaps needs no long introduction. The number of players in the game depends on the type of board. The basic version is designed for 2 to 4 players. The aim of the game is to get all your pieces to the goal. At the beginning, the players' pieces stand outside the board. Players take turns rolling the dice until the number 6 is rolled. Then they can move their piece to the marked starting area. After that, the player moves the piece as many spaces as the number of dice rolled. If the number 6 is rolled again, the player may roll one more time. If the player's piece advances to the square containing the opponent's piece, the opponent's piece is discarded.
