Open Season

Another game based on the computer-generated film of the same name, featuring a domesticated grizzly bear named Boog and a large western deer named Elliot, who never shuts his chatty mouth for a moment.

Well, it is Elliot who convinces Boog to give up his comfortable life in human society and head into the woods in search of the real life. But Boog is persuaded at the least opportune moment, with just three days to go before the start of hunting season, which for all the forest animals means an acute threat to their lives. It is only the threat of death by hunting that awakens Boog from his lethargy, or rather, arouses his wild instincts. So Boog takes the situation firmly into his own hands and, with Elliot's help, unites all the forest animals in a fight against the hunters, who will surely have no choice but to pack up and go home.
