The Smart Notebook application is designed for operational planning notes that can be placed, for example, on the desktop of the operating system. It is an enhanced notepad with a focus on operational notes that can be encrypted with a simple encryption algorithm to protect user data. Overall, the application is intended to streamline activities, also outside the computer, and to make better use of time.

The Smart Notebook application is controlled by a horizontal menu and also by a context menu (invoked by clicking the right mouse button). Smart Notebook has a friendly user interface, remembers the last position on the desktop and settings. If you enable the application to start after the operating system boots, the application can retrieve the last saved document (note) and display it in the place where you last wrote it down.

Smart Notebook can be launched multiple times. If you want to have more notes, you need to copy the application into e.g. 5 folders. Each installation of Smart Notebook will remember the last document.
Part of the Smart Notebook application is the so-called Diary. It is a simple text diary that has most of the features of the basic application. Through the diary you can plan events, appointments, activities into calendar entries.

Features of DIARY:

Menu contains three main sections:

• Diary operation (includes the ability to add, edit or delete diary entries)
• View Diary (allows you to view the diary from different time views)
• Settings (allows exactly the same options included in the basic Smart Notebook app)
