CD Tray Pal

CD Tray Pal is a simple CD-ROM management tool that controls the CD drive door. It works as a handy systray icon with a local menu. It runs in the system tray and makes it easy to open/close the CD door.

Functions

• Authorun on system startup
• Launches as an icon in the system tray
• Ability to operate multiple CD-ROM drives
• OpenCD, CloseCD, GetCD, OpenAll, CloseAll functions
• Provides CD media information: volume name, size, serial number
• Configurable GetCD time interval
• System shutdown action: Close all/Open all CD doors
• Assigned shortcut key for each disc and function
• Tray icon changes color depending on whether there is valid media inside the drive, etc.

Installation Notes:
This product requires VB6 runtime. It is already installed on most Windows systems (XP and above). However, if you get error messages when running the program after installation, download and install the Microsoft runtime (1 MB). Restart on demand.
