The Cactus program is the top in its field. It serves as a database of jokes, fun and humor categorized into many categories (alcohol, poems, blondes, kids, gay, married, computer, sex and love, school, animals, light bulbs...). The program contains over 9000 jokes in this version. It is actually a freely distributable offline version of the joke database.
