Bluesky Frame Rate Converter

Bluesky Frame Rate Converter is a DirectShow filter. With it, you can convert the video frame rate by using the GPU, performing frame interpolation. It is compatible with AMD Fluid Motion Video and supports several models - Radeon R9/R7 Series, Radeon HD 7000 Series, and Kaveri or newer APUs.It offers support for Intel Haswell and newer iGPUs, but only under Windows 7. The filter is capable of converting 24p to 60p or 30p to 60p by frame interpolation.
