Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WWII

A game that offers you the opportunity to experience a series of famous air battles of World War II in the role of a squadron commander of elite pilots.

There are a total of 20 story-related missions that take you to the airspace over Western Europe, North Africa and the Pacific, where you will take part in a number of famous battles including the Battle of Britain, the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, the bombing of Berlin, the Battle of Midway, the Battle of the Isles of Midway, the Battle of Morocco, the Battle of Okinawa, the invasion of the Philippines, etc.

At the beginning of the campaign you are a complete novice, just like your fellow soldiers. However, by participating in battles, everyone gains experience and by the end you and the others are already air aces with a lot of successful actions and kills. During each mission, you are provided with different combat aircraft created exactly according to their real-life models.

In addition to controlling your own machine, as a squadron commander you also have to take care of your subordinates and fellow soldiers. You don't control them directly, of course. That's taken care of by the AI, which, however, takes your orders via a simple command system. It is therefore no problem to form an air formation, if necessary, to match the needs of the situation and the strength and capabilities of the enemy.
