BKChem

BKChem is a tutorial editor with a focus on chemistry. It has the ability to view created designs in 2D or 3D views, adds simple vector graphics, templates for creating more complex chemical structures (option to create your own templates), alignment, or scale work.

The program is able to save the finished project to a file in one of the following formats - SVG, OpenOffice Draw, PDF, EPS (Encapsulated Postscript), Molfile, PNG, SMILES and InChI.
